How does Suburbly help me follow up on quotes?
Every quote gets a next step with a reminder. The Agenda shows what is due today, what is next, and leads you touched but never followed up.
How do I remember to re-knock a house in six weeks?
Set the next step to repeat every 6 weeks or 6 months. You get a reminder before each one, and the house comes back to the Agenda with the notes from your last visit.
How do I plan my route?
On-device routing handles up to 200 stops, then hands the route to Google Maps.
Does it work offline?
The core workflow works offline: tagging, tracking, scoring and routing run on the phone. AI features and cloud sync need a connection, and map tiles for new areas load when you are online.
Is Suburbly available in Spanish or French?
Yes. The app is in English, Spanish and French and follows your phone's language; you can also pick one in More, System, Language. Field names and the trade templates are still in English for now.
How do teams work?
Teams is a BUSINESS feature with its own tab. The owner creates a team and invites the crew with a 6-character code. Shared houses and templates are copies each member downloads onto their own map. Suburbly never shows live crew locations.
Is there an iPhone app?
No. Suburbly is on Android today.
